Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Eph 6:10-12

As Christians, we are called to fight! This world is a battle ground of good versus evil and God’s Word provides the strategic plan to win the war. As women this call to fight can be confusing because we get stuck somewhere on the huge spectrum between control and submission. We can visualize what it means for a man to stand and fight but what does that look like for a woman? How can we battle for ourselves, our families and our God while maintaining the femininity in which God created us?

At the Gentle Warrior Conference we will explore the wonderfully creative ways in which God created women. Women are unique, loved, chosen and strong. We are forgiven, redeemed, nurturing and special. We are daughters of the King created for an intimate relationship with our maker. Women must come to know and believe who God created them to be in order to live out the life of a Gentle Warrior. We will look at hard-hitting questions such as:

  • What does the Bible say about women being ‘warriors’?
  • How do we come to know and believe our identity in Christ?
  • How do we find and live within our purpose?
  • How can we lead through submission?
  • What are we fighting against?
  • How do we stand up to and beat the schemes of Satan?
  • How do we glorify God in the fight?
  • How do we win the battle for the mind?
